it cost anything to book / schedule an appointment?
a) Yes, Tech Express requires a registration
deposit which covers our 2.0hr min service call
fee which can be paid by credit card at the
time of appointment scheduling. Our registration
fee provides our clients and Tech Express’s
technicians the ability to have a sophisticated
mobile repair unit with ASE certified technician
to - schedule, map vehicle location, repair
the vehicle and get you back on the road. When
your service is complete your invoice/work order
receipt is printed on the spot. That's it!

What

a) We can take personal or business checks only
after online appointment have been secured,
then scheduled service appointment balance can
be paid by check.
How
do I cancel an appointment?
a) To cancel an appointment go to Tech Express's
Appointment Scheduler
or your email messgae confirmation, enter
your Tech-Express Appointment Confirmation user
name and password and cancel appointment.
What's
the minimum charge for a on-site service?
$195.00
a) Our competitive rates are only $97.50 per
hour with a (2) hour minimum service call fee
at $195.00 per scheulde appointment. This secures
your personal mobile unit that to come wherever
your vehicle is - rain or shine.
How
long does a vehicle inspection take & how
much?
a) Most service
calls can be completed within the 2.0 hour minimum.
If we need more time or have to return for additional
repairs, we prorate the cost to include the
2.0 minimum to save you even more money. We
also save you time by picking up the parts,
and money by passing on our 10% discount on
all parts.
Do
you guarantee your work? YES...!
a) Tech Express
guarantees all labor for 6 months, and provides
manufacturer's warranties on all parts.

Do
you service large trucks (dual axel)?
a) Yes –

large truck or dully trucks have different labor
rates. Please call

you have specials for group services?
a) Yes –
GET 10-15% off your parts: If you are a members
of AAA, California Teachers Union or Student
with valid student ID at time of services.

Motorcycles:
Do
you service both street and dirt bikes?
a) Yes –
In fact most of our team ride actively both
street & dirt.
What
if I need a new part, how does that work?
a) We can handle
most cases on the spot (basic tuning, brake
installations/repair, etc...) but in some cases
a repair may not be possible due to a specialty
part. Our staff can assist in your part order
and reschedule.
How
long does basic servicing a bike take?
a) Most motorcyles
(or scooters) take about 2 - 2.5 hours.
Do
you work on 3 or 4 wheel off road vehicles (ATC)?
a) Yes - All of
them!

Boats and Watercrafts:
What
type of boats do you service (Water ski boat
or a commercial fishing boats)?
a) All gas or diesels
powered watercraft.
What
if I need a new part, how does that work?
a) We can handle
most cases on the spot (basic tuning and parts
repalcments items installations/repair, etc...)
but in some cases a repair may not be possible
due to a specialty part. Our staff can assist
in ordering the correct part, ordering and retriving
all need items.
How
long does basic servicing a boat/watercraft
take?
a) About 3-4 hours

you work on sailboats?

Do
you provide cosmetic repairs or any type of
fiberglass type work?
a) No.
Can
you work on a boat that is in a slip/harbor
or does it need to be out of the water?
a) We work on
boats in or out of the water at the slip or
in the ship yard.
